Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Control-Systems-Micristar 828-D10-511-511-120-00 828D1051151112000 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Micro-Innovation products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cincinnati parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Middex product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Micro-Innovation such as the 8517000555 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 35330121G manufactured by Cincinnati and we are pleased to be able to service most Cincinnati systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature WKL90 by Manufacturer Middex as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Ingersoll Brand MICROTAS in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Micro-aide such as 80MB8 equipment made by Micro-aide have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Micro-aide products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Micro-aide" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available OPC4 made by Miki as well as the popular MM6490DD8 original spares produced by Micro-Memory

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 6207595 by Midtex and 80MB8 spares by Micro-aide are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
